Meet Tracy
For as long as I can remember
I have believed in the power of stories. The stories that connect us. The stories that shape us. The stories that remind us how deeply we have loved and been loved.
When someone dies, families are often faced with making some of the most important decisions of their lives at a time when they are tired, emotional and grieving. It can feel like there is a list of things that need to be organised, but not always the space to stop and ask…“What feels right for us?”
That’s where I come in.
I’m Tracy Roberts
and I believe no family should have to walk through the journey of saying goodbye alone.
My role is to listen, guide and support you. To help you understand your choices and discover the many different ways a life can be honoured.
Because a farewell doesn’t have to look a certain way.
It may be a traditional service. It may be a small gathering surrounded by the people who mattered most. It may be a ceremony in a place that held special memories, a celebration filled with music and stories, a quiet moment of reflection, or a farewell created from the little things that made someone who they were.
There are many ways to say goodbye—and my purpose is to help you find the one that feels true.
I also believe some of the most meaningful conversations happen before they are needed. Planning ahead isn’t about expecting the worst; it’s about creating peace of mind. It gives you the opportunity to share your wishes, your stories and the things that matter, so your loved ones are not left wondering.

My approach is simple: I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all ceremonies. I believe every person deserves to be honoured in a way that reflects their life, their values and the love they leave behind.
With compassion, warmth and understanding, I will walk beside you—not take over, not tell you what you should do, but help you see what is possible.
Because behind every farewell is a lifetime of memories.
And every life deserves a goodbye as unique as the person who lived it.
