Ceremony of Care
Designed to guide families through every step with clarity and compassion.
Includes:
- Meeting with family (up to 2 hours, in person or virtually)
- Recommend and liaise with chosen funeral service provider
- Structure ceremony according to family wishes, including timing plan
- Create run sheet and director notes for funeral staff
- Attend and officiate single venue (up to 50km from Winmalee; additional travel costs apply over 50 km)
- Up to 1-hour ceremony

Ceremony of Remembrance
For families seeking closure in a non traditional service. This may be appropriate for funerals and farewell ceremonies held overseas where loved ones could not attend, gathering after a non attended direct cremation service – or science/medical research donation, or emotionally not ready to hold a funeral at time of passing.
Includes:
- Meeting with family (up to 2 hours, in person or virtually)
- Structure ceremony according to family wishes, including order and timing
- Attend and officiate single venue (up to 50 km from base; additional travel costs apply over 50 km)
- Up to 1-hour ceremony
- Optional extras can be added to personalise or extend the ceremony
Price: $550
Booking & Payment
$250 or 50% of total ceremony fee (whichever is greater) payable after first meeting to secure booking.
Optional Add-ons
Eulogy - $50
Proofread, edit and deliver eulogy, life story or tribute prepared by family members.
Speaker support - $100
Up to 1-hour virtual session to prepare family or speaker in delivering eulogy.
After ceremony support - $200
Providing support after service at wake or reflection. This may include directing attendees on location, coordinating family members, assisting with refreshments and so on. Up to 1 hour.
Extra ceremony time - $TBA
Additional time beyond 1 hour on request; price to be agreed per event.
Third Party Suppliers - $TBA
We can coordinate with florists, musicians and other service providers on your behalf.
Miscellaneous - $TBA
We can assist with provision of support products such as candles, ceremonial tools, booklet printing, and keepsakes such as memory cards and ribbons.
Notes for Families
- Travel beyond 50 km incurs additional charges (calculated at $1 per km one way). For extended travel exceeding 50km, a time allowance may apply and will be discussed in advance.
- Packages are flexible and will be tailored to meet your emotional and ceremonial needs
- Any miscellaneous or third party supplier add-ons are quoted based on supplier costs at the time of booking
- Payment secures the service and confirms the booking
- All planning and discussions are confidential and handled with care
The Living Ceremony Plan
For individuals seeking to make your wishes clear before you pass.
Your wishes are not fixed. This plan is living and can evolve as life does.
Includes:
- Up to 2-hours personalised consultation
- Guided conversation around ceremony wishes
- Printed keepsake booklet documenting your wishes
- Letter to accompany your Will
- Optional secure storage of your booklet
- Ongoing access to update your plan
- Three-year check-in to review or refresh wishes
Price: $399
